Pastor Jeffrey R. Glover (D.D.)

Pastor Jeff served on staff at World Changers for seven years, serving as Resource Coordinator, Advisory Team Leader, and Outreach Coordinator, which equipped him for today.

Pastor Jeff is a military veteran who accepted his call into ministry in 1999 and remains a continual student of all aspects of theology. He has earned multiple certifications through various organizations, including the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) in Caring for People God’s Way. In addition, he is certified as an Anger Management Specialist through Century Anger Management and is listed as a provider in the state of Georgia through United Way. He is also a certified Chaplain with the American Chaplains Association, has been awarded an honorary Doctorate in Divinity, and is currently enrolled at Regent University, where he is pursuing a B.A. in Psychology.

Pastor Jeff is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Perfecting The Saints Church International and The Advisory Group in Hampton, Georgia, where he has faithfully served for 24 years. He is also the author of eight books: Governed by Love, Soulitary Confinement, The Aftermath, The God Frequency, Close Encounters, The Wolf of Temptation, Heaven’s Cure, and The Royal Law. Additionally, he
served for two consecutive years as an instructor at the World Changers Bible
School and formerly served as the Georgia Regional Ambassador of CDMA in
College Park, Georgia.

Pastor Jeff is a visionary who is well known for his integrity, humility, and the Love of God he demonstrates to everyone he meets, regardless of creed or nationality.

As he is affectionately known, Pastor J is happily married to his wife and best friend, Gloria. He is the father of two, Natasha and Michael, and four Grandchildren.

Pastor Gloria Glover

Gloria Glover, BA, AS, AAS, RMA

Pastor Gloria Glover received her A.A.S degree and Diploma in Accounting and is currently certified as an: Office Accounting Specialist, Computerized Accounting Specialist, Payroll Accounting Specialist, and Tax Preparation Specialist. Mrs. Glover also holds a B.A. in Healthcare Management and an A.S. in Health Education.  Pastor Gloria Glover is affectionately known as “Pastor Glo” to her church family.  She and her husband, Pastor Jeff Glover (“Pastor J”) are the founders of Perfecting the Saints Church International located in Hampton, Georgia.  Together they teach the Word of God with simplicity and understanding.  Pastor Gloria’s passion is to teach God’s people how to be faithful financial stewards and how to become Financially Fit for the progression and the advancement of the Kingdom of God.  Pastor Gloria is the founder of L.I.F.E. (Lessons in Financial Etiquette) a workshop and seminar that assists those who desire to learn budgeting and financial management through the local church.

She is currently ministering on the subjects:

“God’s Generous Saints” and “The Debt-Free Church”. Pastor Gloria also writes quarterly for the “Good News-Newsletter” of PTSCI, Hampton Georgia.  In her free time, she enjoys singing, cooking, and hanging out with the love of her life (Pastor J), their two adult children, four grands, her mother (Ms. Grace).
